Who We Are

We are a regional technology business group operating across Jordan and Saudi Arabia, specialized in digital product development, artificial intelligence, digital education, and technology transformation for companies and institutions — with a focus on building practical, scalable solutions.

Our journey began in 2019 in Jordan with the founding of Shamsieh Technology Services, emphasizing quality, innovation, and a deep understanding of sector-specific challenges. As demand grew for AI and digital transformation, the group expanded its regional presence and strategic partnerships, enabling us to deliver products and services across multiple markets.

Our Journey

  1. 2019

    Launch in Jordan

    Shamsieh Technology Services was founded as a technology solutions and software development provider, focusing on digital systems and platforms, mobile apps and websites, digital transformation, AI solutions, and educational and technology products. In the years that followed, Shamsieh expanded into proprietary digital products and platforms serving multiple sectors.

  2. 2024

    Expansion into Saudi Arabia

    As part of regional growth plans, Shamsieh began a strategic collaboration with Raqmeiat in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This partnership helped expand access to the Saudi market, build new relationships and partnerships, deliver joint projects, provide technology solutions to clients in the Kingdom, and support sales and commercial expansion.

  3. 2026

    Direct presence in Saudi Arabia

    To strengthen regional presence, Umbrella Prime was established as a fully owned Saudi company under Shamsieh. It serves as the group's local arm in the Kingdom, leading commercial expansion, project management and delivery, local partnerships, customer service in the Saudi market, and marketing the group's products with solutions tailored to local needs.
